Yin Yoga is a very slow, restorative form of yoga (no previous yoga experience needed) which helps not only stretch and lengthen tight muscles but also calm and soothe the mind.
The practice of Yin Yoga awakens our Parasympathetic Nervous System as it fights the effects of prolonged stress and promotes deep, restorative rest and digestion.
