Here's a simple little recipe for tea which will help fight any type of virus, support your immune system, as well as soothe a sore throat. You don't really need to wait until you are showing any types of symptoms or get sick to have it. Sip on it as often as you like throughout the day. It's actually quite delish...Enjoy!
Maya's Boosting tea
Bring 1 litre of water to the boil and then add:
1 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of fresh ginger, grated or finely chopped
1 lemon, sliced (with skin - wash well beforehand)
1 cinnamon stick / ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
1 clove of garlic
¼ tsp of fresh chopped chilli
After adding ingredients continue to boil for 1 minute.
Allow to cool slightly and have through the day.
